Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager, based in Cairo, Egypt. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing day-to-day customer communications, and ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include overseeing project timelines, coordinating between clients and internal teams to meet deliverables, providing strategic recommendations, and identifying growth opportunities for accounts.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in client relationship management, communication, and team coordination
• Knowledge of media planning, buying, and social media management
• Experience in marketing campaigns, project management, and advertising strategy
• Familiarity with digital marketing, content creation, and technology-driven marketing tools
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience in account management, preferably within an integrated marketing agency
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are an asset
