Job Purpose
The Account Manager will be responsible to manage and grow a portfolio of clients by driving sales, overseeing project delivery, and developing new revenue streams in line with INDEX Design and INDEX Holding LLC's strategic objectives.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage client portfolios and act as the primary point of contact.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Source, develop, and close new business opportunities (including cold calling).
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings and communication.
- Oversee project execution from opportunity stage through delivery and post-event service.
- Coordinate with internal teams, workshops, and subcontractors to ensure quality, timelines, and cost control.
- Monitor client budgets, billing, and collections.
- Prepare progress and sales reports for management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in exhibition sales in the UAE
- Proven record of exceeding sales targets
- Valid UAE driving license
