Job Description

Job Purpose

The Account Manager will be responsible to manage and grow a portfolio of clients by driving sales, overseeing project delivery, and developing new revenue streams in line with INDEX Design and INDEX Holding LLC's strategic objectives.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage client portfolios and act as the primary point of contact.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Source, develop, and close new business opportunities (including cold calling).
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings and communication.
  • Oversee project execution from opportunity stage through delivery and post-event service.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, workshops, and subcontractors to ensure quality, timelines, and cost control.
  • Monitor client budgets, billing, and collections.
  • Prepare progress and sales reports for management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years experience in exhibition sales in the UAE
  • Proven record of exceeding sales targets
  • Valid UAE driving license

  • Strong knowledge of exhibition stands, promotions, and related products
