Manage day-to-day relationships with clients in the financial services sector, Including microfinance institutions, consumer finance companies, Insurance providers, and donations entities
Identify,develop,and execute business development strategies to increase revenue and market share within assigned accounts Serve as the focal point of contact for clients, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and delivering excellent service
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations, product)to meet client needs and achieve business goals Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identity new opportunities and risks
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and internal stakeholders
Support contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with company policies, rack account performance and report on key metrics to senior management
Requirements
Understanding of sales strategies,contract
negotiation, and partnership management.
Familiarity with digital payment solutions or fintech products.
Good command of MS Office, Excel for
reporting and PowerPoint for presentations.
Years of Experience:3 - 4 years, 2 years fintech industry
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle
client issues proactively.
Team player who can collaborate with sales,
marketing, accounting, and operations teams.
Organized and able to manage multiple
accounts and priorities
