Job title: Pre sales Consultant

Job description

This role requires an Arabic speaker.

We're growing and are looking for an experienced Solutions Architect to help drive value to our prospects and clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with extensive experience facing customers
  • Competence in translating customer needs into technical requirements and solutions, and documenting artifacts including Business Requirements; Documents, Technical specifications, Implementation Plans, and Glossaries;
  • Working knowledge of Project Management with proven ability to hit project milestones, manage customer expectations, progress meetings internally and externally and ensure stakeholders are kept informed;
  • Customer Success - building strong relationships with customers to understand their needs, and predict future needs, building a pool of return customers with rolling subscriptions;
  • Talk to users;
  • Work to optimize key product metrics as per client feedback;
  • Work closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing and Success teams to manage customer feedback and expectations;

Qualifications

  • 5 - 8 years experience in Pre / Post Sales experience;
