We're growing and are looking for an experienced Solutions Architect to help drive value to our prospects and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with extensive experience facing customers
- Competence in translating customer needs into technical requirements and solutions, and documenting artifacts including Business Requirements; Documents, Technical specifications, Implementation Plans, and Glossaries;
- Working knowledge of Project Management with proven ability to hit project milestones, manage customer expectations, progress meetings internally and externally and ensure stakeholders are kept informed;
- Customer Success - building strong relationships with customers to understand their needs, and predict future needs, building a pool of return customers with rolling subscriptions;
- Talk to users;
- Work to optimize key product metrics as per client feedback;
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing and Success teams to manage customer feedback and expectations;
Qualifications
- 5 - 8 years experience in Pre / Post Sales experience;
