Job Description
GLMA Agency is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Dubai.
We're looking for someone who can confidently manage client relationships while coordinating multiple creative and digital projects across internal teams.
What we're looking for:
- Previous Account Management experience within a marketing/creative agency is a must
- Fluent Arabic and English — Arabic speaker is mandatory
- Strong client communication and relationship-management skills
- Experience managing multiple accounts, projects, timelines and deliverables
- Ability to coordinate with social media, content, design, digital, production and events teams
- Strong organisation, follow-up and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment
- Proactive, solution-oriented and able to take ownership of accounts
