Role Overview

The Institute of Project Management (IPM) is seeking an Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with key corporate clients. This role involves overseeing a portfolio of enterprise accounts, ensuring successful delivery of project management training programmes, and identifying opportunities to expand partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow corporate accounts valued at 100K500K.
  • Build strong relationships with HR, L&D, and senior leadership stakeholders.
  • Ensure successful delivery of training and certification programmes.
  • Drive renewals, upsells, and account expansion opportunities.
  • Maintain regular client engagement and ensure high satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 45 years of B2B account management experience.
  • Proven experience managing large enterprise accounts (100K500K).
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).

Preferred: Experience in corporate training, professional education, SaaS, or consulting.
