Reports to: Senior Account Manager
Job Purpose:
The Account Manager serves as the primary liaison between Kijamii and our Saudi Arabian clients, responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring the successful delivery of integrated marketing campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate client objectives into actionable creative strategies, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive campaign performance to exceed client expectations. The job holder will manage 3-4 key accounts simultaneously, working closely with KSA-based teams while being based in Cairo.
Responsibilities and tasks:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Saudi clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships through regular communication, meetings, and strategic consultations
- Analyze client briefs and translate business objectives into comprehensive creative strategies and actionable campaign plans that align with client goals and market dynamics
- Lead and coordinate collaboration between Creative, Media, Consumer Insights, and Production teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, from initial concept development through final execution, ensuring high performance standards and top-tier quality
- Simultaneously manage multiple client accounts (3-4 accounts) and projects, ensuring all deliverables meet deadlines, budget requirements, and quality standards
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, including campaign proposals, progress updates, performance reports, and strategic recommendations
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing clients with regular updates and recommendations for optimization
- Oversee project budgets, ensuring cost-effective delivery while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction
- Stay current with Saudi market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients
- Review all creative outputs, media plans, and campaign materials to ensure they meet client specifications and agency quality standards before client presentation
- Proactively identify potential challenges and implement solutions to ensure smooth campaign execution and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with business development teams to identify upselling opportunities and support new business pitches with existing clients
- Ensure all campaigns and communications are culturally appropriate and resonate with Saudi Arabian audiences, adapting global strategies to local market preferences
- Manage relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure seamless campaign execution and delivery
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Advertising, or other related field
Experience: A minimum of 4 years of proven experience in account management within advertising, marketing, or communications agencies preferably working with Saudi clients
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Arabic
- Proficiency in digital platforms and campaign performance analysis
- Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills to translate client objectives into actionable strategies
- Understanding of Saudi market dynamics and cultural sensitivity
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with multiple account management experience
