The role

This role focuses on maintaining and developing a healthy and productive relationship with providers and clients to achieve the company's growth objectives.

Some of your duties will include:

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts across multiple touch points
  • Collaborate closely with business partners and manage their expectations
  • Handle a big portfolio of products/solutions
  • Forecast and track key account metrics

  • Previous experience in account management
  • Strong sales track record

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to see the big picture

  • Experience in using Salesforce CRM
