We're looking for anAccountManagerwho turns strategy into seamless delivery, connecting clients, creativity, and craft with precision and pace.

The Role

You are the key link between our clients and our strategy, design, and production teams. You'll run day-to-day communication, timelines, and budgets - ensuring every project meets our highest creative and strategic standards. The role blends project management (planning, structure, delivery) withaccountleadership (relationships, insight, growth).

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure creative and strategic alignment across multi-discipline teams (strategy, design, digital, production), maintaining consistency and brand integrity throughout project execution
  • Build and nurture trusted relationships with clients, understanding their goals and challenges
  • Translate strategic and creative briefs into clear project roadmaps and deliverables
  • Manage multiple projects across markets - ensuring on-time, on-budget, and on-brand execution
  • Coordinate internal teams and external partners (production, research, media, etc.)
  • Prepare proposals, costings, and project documentation with strong commercial awareness
  • Proactively identify opportunities to add value and grow client relationships
  • Anticipate issues, remove roadblocks, and maintain workflow discipline
  • Present confidently to clients and contribute to strategic discussions

Your Profile

  • 3+ years of experience inaccountor project management within a creative, branding, or advertising agency
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, design, and campaign development
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving
  • Fluent in English; Arabic or German is an advantage
  • Familiarity with the GCC / UAE market preferred
