The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact between the agency and its clients, ensuring that marketing campaigns, creative projects, and digital initiatives are delivered effectively and on time.

The role requires strong communication, project management, and relationship-building skills to translate client needs into actionable strategies, working closely with creative, digital, and media teams.

Responsibilities:

The main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication of client brief

& feedback.

Manage multiple client accounts, campaigns, and projects simultaneously.

Develop a strong understanding of client businesses, industries, and marketing objectives.

Coordinate with creative, strategic marketing, content, social media, and media teams to deliver

campaigns that meet client goals.

Prepare and present proposals, campaign reports, and performance insights.

Monitor project timelines, deliverables, ensuring projects delivered on time & within scope.

Resolve client issues promptly while maintaining a positive client-agency relationship.

Updated on marketing trends, tools, & competitor activity to provide strategic recommendations.

Contribute to agency growth by strengthening client retention and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

o Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

o 5-7 years experience in account management, preferably in a marketing/digital agency.

o Proven track record of managing client relationships & delivering successful campaigns.
