Role Description
We are looking for a motivated Junior Account Manager to support the management and growth of client relationships. In this role, you will assist in maintaining strong partnerships with customers, ensure client satisfaction, and contribute to identifying opportunities for business growth. You will work closely with senior account managers, sales, and technical teams to deliver value to clients and support the overall account strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management of client accounts and help maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Assist in handling client requests, inquiries, and follow-ups to ensure timely responses and high customer satisfaction.
- Work with Senior Account Managers to prepare account plans, proposals, and client presentations.
- Participate in client meetings, business reviews, and internal strategy sessions.
- Help identify potential opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services within existing accounts.
- Coordinate with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Technical teams to support proposal development and project delivery.
- Track account activities, updates, and opportunities using CRM systems.
- Monitor account performance and assist in preparing reports and insights for internal teams.
- Ensure clear communication between clients and internal teams to support successful project execution.
- Support contract renewals, documentation, and coordination with finance or operations teams when needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 02 years of experience in account management, sales, customer success, or a client-facing role (internships or entry-level experience welcome).
- Interest in technology, cloud solutions, AI, or digital transformation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a client-facing technology environment.
