Overview
We're looking for a proactive and organized Account Manager to be the main point of contact between OnCreation and our clients. You'll manage client relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality.
Responsibilities
- Build strong, long-term client relationships
- Understand client goals and translate them into clear internal briefs
- Coordinate with creative, media buying, and development teams
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and priorities
- Ensure client requests are handled professionally and efficiently
- Prepare and share reports, updates, and performance insights
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention
Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management and effective communication skills
- 2+ years of experience as an Account Manager or similar role in a marketing agency
- Experience in project coordination and delivering client-focused solutions
- Ability to problem-solve, think strategically, and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and creating business reports
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience working with clients from different industries
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
