Job Description

The Account Manager will be responsible to develop and manage all relationships with partners, to drive sales and revenue growth. This role involves working with partners and suppliers to ensure that the products/ solutions are effectively represented and sold, ensuring elevated levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth through the channel by implementing sales strategies and providing the needed support to generate leads to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners and identify opportunities for new partnerships.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute joint marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities with partners.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of partner agreements, including pricing, delivery, and service level agreements.
  • Address any partner issues or conflicts promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive partner experience.
  • Analyze market trends and partner performance to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure that partners adhere to the company's policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2- 4 years of experience in channel sales, account management, or a related role, preferably within the IT Industry, infrastructure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing partner relationships. Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
  • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
