Position Summary
The Account Manager for PIF (Public Investment Fund) Companies is responsible for building and nurturing relationships with clients within the PIF ecosystem. This role focuses on understanding and addressing the unique needs of these companies, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving revenue growth through strategic account management and business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within PIF companies, ensuring a deep understanding of their objectives and challenges.
- Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing PIF accounts and new client segments to drive revenue growth.
- Account Strategy
- Develop and implement account plans that align with clients strategic goals and objectives, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Project Coordination
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, finance, and operations, to ensure successful project execution and delivery to clients.
- Proposal Development
- Prepare and present compelling proposals to PIF companies, showcasing the organization's capabilities and solutions tailored to their specific needs.
- Market Intelligence
- Stay informed about industry trends, PIF initiatives, and competitive landscapes to effectively position the company's offerings.
- Client Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for PIF clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely updates on projects and services.
- Sales Reporting and Forecasting
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status in the CRM system, providing regular reports to management.
- Performance Analysis
- Track and analyze account performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and recommending strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaboration and Teamwork
- Work closely with internal teams to integrate client feedback into service offerings and improve overall client experience.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in account management, client relations, or business development, preferably with experience in PIF companies or investment sectors.
