Account Manager

Our client, a purpose-led communications consultancy, is looking for two experienced Account Managers/Directors to join its team, one in Dubai and one in Oman.

Each role is focused on managing high-profile accounts, shaping strategic communications programmes, and delivering integrated PR and media campaigns.

The Account Manager will guide clients through the fast-evolving communications landscape, offering strategic counsel, managing projects from brief to delivery, and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships. You'll develop and refine content across press materials, thought leadership, social media, and internal communications, while also managing editorial calendars and supporting events. Leading on media relations activity is key and of course, cultivating journalist relationships is important while ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.

The ideal candidate brings strong organisational skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to remain composed under pressure. They will manage workflows, uphold brand guidelines, document communications effectively, and collaborate closely with creative and strategy teams. This is a role for someone who thrives in a purposeful, client-centric environment and enjoys delivering thoughtful, impactful communications work.

Arabic is essential for the role in Oman but not Dubai.
