Account Manager

Are you passionate about helping clients succeed and fostering strong, long-term relationships We're looking for an Account Manager to ensure our clients get the most value from our products and services while reducing cancellations and churn.

The Account Manager is key to our customer retention and growth strategy. Your focus will be on building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with our existing client base, ensuring their continued success and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Grow existing business and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with customers worldwide.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and identify risks of churn, taking action to prevent cancellations and reduce churn.
  • Provide ongoing support and strategic guidance to our valued customers.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and escalations.
  • Track and report on client metrics, engagement, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients goals are met efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in account management or a customer success role, preferably in the in vacation rental/ hospitality industry.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow a book of business.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Mandatory proficiency in English. Knowledge of any other European language is a plus.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Hubspot, Gmail, or Google Drive is a plus.
  • Ability to understand client needs and present solutions effectively.
  • Comfortable working independently or as part of a collaborative team.
