Job Summary: To manage and grow the (BCS AND FSR) business, increase market penetration, and expand market share within the facility management, cleaning, food service, restaurant, and building maintenance sector.
Location: Riyadh.
Responsibilities Include:
- Survey market potential in Riyadh, identify potential clients within facility management, cleaning contractors, food service & restaurant operations, and building operations, and plan coverage to ensure maximum market penetration.
- Develop objectives, strategies, and action plans to drive short- and long-term sales growth and profitability.
- Perform sales activities on major accounts, manage key customers, and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Achieve assigned sales targets through new business development, cross-selling, and range selling of BCS and FSR solutions.
- Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing solutions that meet or exceed customer operational needs.
- Negotiate with customers on technical and commercial matters.
- Support customers through training and coaching of end users to enhance product application knowledge.
- Collaborate with Marketing to identify sales opportunities, support customer acquisition, and drive value propositions.
- Lead and support customer improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and value delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in BCS and/or FSR (Food Service & Restaurant) is preferred.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken).
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Solid business acumen with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English.
