Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Cairo, Egypt. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing the sales process, developing strategies to increase revenue, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with clients, managing accounts, preparing reports, and working closely with internal teams to deliver optimal solutions for clients.

Qualifications

  • Client relationship management and customer satisfaction skills
  • Experience in sales processes and revenue generation
  • Strategy development and execution skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in preparing and analyzing reports
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the food and retail sectors is a plus
