- Own client meetings, weekly calls and QBRs.
- Spot opportunities before the client asks. Bring recommendations, not problems.
- Drive organic growth. Build strong relationships. Upsell with confidence.
- Track revenue, forecast accurately, and work with PMs to scope commercial value.
- Support new business pitches and proposals. Help win work.
