  • Own client meetings, weekly calls and QBRs.
  • Spot opportunities before the client asks. Bring recommendations, not problems.
  • Drive organic growth. Build strong relationships. Upsell with confidence.
  • Track revenue, forecast accurately, and work with PMs to scope commercial value.
  • Support new business pitches and proposals. Help win work.
