About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support across various departments to ensure smooth daily operations and efficient project execution. You will play a key role in assisting with client management, internal coordination, financial tasks, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management Support

Provide administrative assistance to business operations, including document preparation, data entry, and scheduling meetings.

Assist in coordinating daily account activities, ensuring timely follow-up on client requests, approvals, and service delivery matters.

Monitor and update client records, service agreements, and contract documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Facilitate internal communication by distributing company updates, client feedback, and operational instructions to relevant teams.

Follow up with internal departments (operation, supply chain, technical support, pest control, etc.) to ensure service delivery timelines are met.

Support in preparing client presentations, proposals, and periodic performance reports.

Manage customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring they are properly logged, tracked, and communicated to the appropriate departments for resolution.

Oversee inventory management related to client orders, consumables, and service requests.

Coordinate and track the status of ongoing projects, site visits, inspections, and client meetings.

Assist in organizing and documenting client site audits and compliance reviews.

Financial and Reporting Functions

Assist in financial processes such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, pricing projects, and preparing budget reports.

Prepare and maintain monthly reports aligned with client requirements and business needs.

Administrative & Operational Support

Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate daily activities to ensure smooth office operations.

Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents with accuracy and professionalism.

Collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.

Excellent/very good written and spoken English

1 to 3 years of previous experience in an administrative, account management, or operational support

Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
