Job Summary
Responsible for managing accounts; achieving high sales targets. The account manager is also responsible for building relationships with new clients and leading team productivity.
Job Description
- Manage a portfolio of accounts.
- Developa positive relationship with clients.
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients on time.
- Make onsite visits to new prospects.
- Maintain client-account manager relationship by up-selling and cross-selling.
- Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts.
- Maintain business commitment forecast and target achievement.
- Achieve sales targets and specific performance metrics, aligned business strategies.
Job Requirements
- Experience (5-7 Years) in selling network, security, and data center solutions.
- Experience in Selling any of Cisco, Dell, EMC, Systemax, or Schneider Solutions is a definite plus as a qualifier for this position.
- Excellent command of English.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Motivated for sales.
- Customer-oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet, and exceed targets.
- Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
