We are a growing marketing agency in Kuwait looking for an experienced Account Manager Team Leader to lead client accounts, strengthen relationships, and drive measurable growth through strategic digital marketing.
The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking, strategic planning, and strong client-facing skills, with the ability to both retain existing clients and drive new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities• Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts across multiple industries
• Lead the account management team and coordinate with media buying, content, and creative teams
• Develop data-driven digital marketing strategies aligned with client business goals
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and benchmarking to identify growth opportunities
• Analyze campaign performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Prepare and present strategic reports and performance dashboards for clients
• Identify optimization opportunities across paid media, content, and digital channels
• Proactively introduce new ideas, campaigns, and marketing initiatives to enhance client performance
• Meet clients regularly (at their location or in-office) to discuss performance, strategy, and growth plans
• Build strong relationships with both existing clients (retention & growth) and new clients (acquisition & onboarding)
• Ensure smooth project execution and maintain high client satisfaction
Requirements• 5+ years experience in digital marketing account management (agency side preferred)
• Based in Kuwait or willing to relocate
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy, paid media, and performance analysis
• Experience in competitor analysis, market insights, and benchmarking
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive business growth
• Experience leading teams and handling multiple clients
• Strong presentation, reporting, and communication skills
• Comfortable with client meetings, pitches, and business development discussions
