Job Description

Who we're looking for:

We are looking for a commercially driven Account Manager who thrives in a consultative B2B sales environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, research-oriented, and confident engaging with senior decision-makers across KSA. If you enjoy building relationships, solving business challenges, and owning the full sales cycle, we'd love to hear from you.

What you will do:

  • Own a portfolio of accounts across KSA and the GCC — retailers, FMCG, F&B, pharma, entertainment, and more.
  • Build pipeline from scratch: research prospects, initiate outreach, run discovery calls, and close.
  • Translate client pain points into scoped proposals across Muhimma's three service pillars: Market Research, Data Analytics, and Customer Performance.
  • Manage the full sales cycle — first contact through signed contract — with clean HubSpot discipline at every stage.
  • Coordinate with the delivery team so what gets sold gets delivered and clients renew.
  • Stay current on market dynamics, competitor activity, and category shifts in your target sectors.

What we need from you:

  • Business instincts: you read situations fast, ask the questions that matter, and figure out what the person in front of you actually cares about.
  • HubSpot discipline: you log contacts, update deal stages, and maintain pipeline hygiene without being reminded. This is non-negotiable.
  • Due diligence as a habit: before any call or meeting, you have researched the company, the category, and the contact. You show up prepared.
  • Commercial drive: you are motivated by closing, not just conversations. You know your numbers and own them.
  • Clear communication in Arabic and English — in person, in writing, and in a proposal.
  • KSA market awareness: regardless of where you are based, you must understand how business moves in the Kingdom — who the key players are, how decisions get made, and what matters to Saudi stakeholders.

The minimum bar:

  • You have sold something B2B before — a service, a solution, or a subscription. The sector is open.
  • You can do basic research on a prospect before picking up the phone.
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity. Early-stage sales environments require improvisation, not a playbook.
  • You can hold a professional conversation with a CMO, a Category Director, or a GM and understand what they are trying to solve.
