About The Role

We are seeking an Account Manager based in Riyadh to cultivate and grow client relationships, drive sales strategies, and ensure exceptional service delivery. You will act as the primary liaison for key accounts, leveraging market insights and CRM tools to exceed revenue targets and foster long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships as the main point of contact.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and new business opportunities in the region.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
  • Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to track client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress.
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, operations, product) to coordinate timely delivery of solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • 1–7 years of experience in account management, sales, or related roles.
  • Proven expertise in client relationship management and negotiation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Solid understanding of sales strategy development and market research techniques.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) for managing client data and sales processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts concurrently and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience working in the Saudi Arabian market, particularly Riyadh.
  • Salesforce Administrator or similar CRM certification.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic for effective client communication.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and lead generation tools.
