Account Manager & Visual Merchandiser

Job Description:

The primary role of the Account Manager & Visual Merchandiser is to manage key retail accounts across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia while ensuring best-in-class in-store execution for all Metaforce brands.

This role requires **fluency in both English and Arabic** verbal and written as communication with retailers, store staff, and brand partners will take place in both languages.

Responsibilities:

Account Management

Manage relationships with key retailers across Riyadh and wider KSA.

Conduct regular store visits to ensure availability, visibility, compliance, and accurate execution of promotions.

Act as the primary contact for store managers and retail operations teams.

Review weekly sell-through data, identify opportunities, and implement corrective actions.

Support new launches, promotional initiatives, and replenishment cycles.

Communicate effectively in both English and Arabic with internal and external stakeholders.

Visual Merchandising

Implement and maintain brand-approved visual standards.

Ensure displays and fixtures are installed and maintained to premium levels.

Capture high-quality images and report store execution.

Train store staff in both English and Arabic on product features and merchandising expectations.

Business Planning & Market Intelligence

Gather insights from store visits and competitive reviews.

Support activation planning and visibility improvements.

Recommend enhancements for display, layout, or commercial performance.

Provide bilingual reporting when required.

Management & Reporting

• Submit weekly store-visit reports.
• Track store-level and SKU-level sales performance.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations to ensure timely execution.
• Maintain bilingual communication across all departments.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred

35 years experience in retail account management and/or merchandising

KSA experience preferred

**English & Arabic fluency is mandatory**

Excel, PowerPoint proficient
