We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to join our dynamic team in India. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in account management and a strong understanding of client needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts and act as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports on account status and present them to management.
• Identify and resolve client issues and concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-10 years of experience in account management or related sales experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
