Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant in our Dubai office. The Accountant will handle daily financial transactions, compile financial statements, and maintain accurate financial records. Responsibilities include budgeting, tracking expenses, reconciling accounts, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The Accountant will also assist in preparing reports for management to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Strong accounting skills including financial reporting, accounts reconciliation, and proficiency with accounting software.
• Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements, with experience in budgeting and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with modern accounting tools.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent numerical proficiency.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required; a professional certification such as CPA or CA is a plus.
• Previous experience in a similar role; knowledge of sustainability-related financial projects is an advantage.
