We're Hiring – Accountant | Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia
We are looking for a qualified Accountant to join our team in Al Madinah.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, with preferable experience in the bakery, food & beverage.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare and review journal entries, invoices, receipts, payments, and other accounting documents.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Perform daily cash, bank, and account reconciliations.
- Monitor sales, purchases, expenses, and inventory-related transactions.
- Assist with monthly closing and financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and accounting reports.
- Maintain accurate records of company expenses and ensure proper supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments regarding financial matters.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and follow up on pending balances.
- Assist with inventory and cost accounting, particularly raw materials, production costs, wastage, and finished goods.
- Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis when required.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi accounting, tax, VAT, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
- Assist auditors and management with required financial information and reports.
- Perform other accounting and finance duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Bakery, F&B, restaurant, experience is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
- Good understanding of VAT and ZATCA requirements in Saudi Arabia.
- Experience with inventory accounting and cost control is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Candidates currently based in Al Madinah are preferred.
