Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to join ARQQA and handle daily financial operations. This role focuses mainly on client collections, invoicing, contract documentation, and payroll, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth financial workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client collections and follow up on outstanding payments.
Prepare, issue, and track invoices accurately and on time.
Draft and manage client contracts and related documentation.
Handle monthly payroll processing and employee payments.
Maintain organized financial records and reports.
Coordinate with clients regarding payments, invoices, and contracts.
Support internal teams with financial and administrative requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Previous experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
Experience in collections, invoicing, and payroll.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication skills.
Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems.
Experience in agencies or service-based companies is a plus.
