Accountant

Role Description

The Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day financial management, including maintaining accurate financial records, preparing and reviewing budgets, managing accounts payable and receivable, and overseeing payroll processing. The role includes preparing financial reports, reconciling statements, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and assisting with audits and tax filings. This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Qualifications

• Experience with reconciliations, auditing, and tax compliance
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Automotive / car rental accounting experience
• Financial reporting, expense & revenue tracking
• Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations
• Understanding of local financial regulations and standards in the United Arab Emirates
