Position Purpose

You are the backbone of financial accuracy, compliance, and control for the Saudi business.

You'll own the day-to-day accounting operations, ensure payments and payroll run smoothly, and support month-end and reporting with precision. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, ownership, and trust matter.

Key accountabilities

Core Accounting & Financial Control

• Own the Accounts Payable function end-to-end
• Process and manage all supplier payments accurately and on time
• Support and evolve into handling payroll processing in line with KSA regulations
• Maintain strong financial controls across daily transactions

Reconciliations & Month-End Support

• Prepare monthly reconciliations to support month-end close
• Perform bank reconciliations, cash reconciliations, and sales reconciliations
• Reconcile POS receipts and investigate variances promptly
• Handle petty cash with full accountability and documentation

Compliance & Accuracy

• Ensure accounting practices comply with Saudi regulations and local legislation
• Maintain accurate records for audits, internal reviews, and reporting
• Adapt quickly to legislative or regulatory changes in KSA
• Protect financial integrity through strong documentation and controls

Reporting & Process Improvement

• Support ad-hoc management reporting when required
• Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for process improvement
• Help strengthen finance systems as the business scales
• Work closely with the wider finance team to improve efficiency
