Role Description The Accountant role at C.H. Crown is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, tracking expenses and revenues, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring timely invoicing and payment collection. The role also involves maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with audits and compliance requirements, and implementing internal controls aligned with company policies. The Accountant will collaborate with management to provide financial insights that support operational efficiency and business growth in a performance-driven environment.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, and general ledger management.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) and Microsoft Excel, including use of formulas and reporting tools.
• Experience in preparing financial statements, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and monitoring cash flow.
• Knowledge of relevant accounting standards and regulations in the UAE, including VAT and compliance reporting.
• Ability to establish and maintain internal controls, perform variance analysis, and support audits with accurate documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with operations, management, and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CMA) are an advantage.
• Prior experience in service-oriented or property management environments is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality and discretion in all financial matters.
