Accountant

We are currently seeking an experienced Accountant to join our Finance Department as part of our ongoing operational growth and financial management initiatives. The team plays a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and strategic insights to support business decisions in the travel and tours industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and ensure the accuracy of financial statements, reports, and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, month-end and year-end closing, and complex accounting transactions.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, providing strategic insights for management decision-making.
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulators.
• Mentor junior accounting staff, enhance internal controls, and improve financial processes to support operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional accounting certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience.
• Must be an Arabic speaker.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and compliance.
