You will keep the financial engine of GrowthLabs Group running cleanly — owning daily bookkeeping, reconciliations, and reporting that gives leadership a clear, real-time picture of the business.

You will keep the financial engine of GrowthLabs Group running cleanly — owning daily bookkeeping, reconciliations, and reporting that gives leadership a clear, real-time picture of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate books across GrowthLabs, Catalyst OS, and Startup Gate entities.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and collections.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and close-out processes.
- Coordinate payroll, tax filings, and statutory compliance.
- Prepare schedules and documentation for internal and external audits.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- 3+ years of accounting experience; multi-entity exposure is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian tax and labor regulations.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books) and advanced Excel.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality.
