Role Description

This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices, reconciling vendor accounts, and supporting month-end closing activities. The candidate will work closely with internal teams and suppliers while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

Essential Responsible Areas:

• Process supplier invoices with accuracy and timeliness
• Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Support monthly closing and reporting activities
• Maintain financial data integrity and adherence to internal controls
• Collaborate with procurement, operations, and suppliers to resolve AP issues
• Assist with additional accounting and finance tasks as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related (essential).
• Minimum of 1 year or more of accounting work experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Sound understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ERP experience preferred
