Accountant

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Accountant to join our team at Sunrise Capital. The ideal candidate is expected come from a real estate background and have hands-on experience managing accounting functions in a real estate company.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant based in Dubai. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing and analyzing financial statements, handling accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role will involve creating monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, reconciling accounts, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting. The successful candidate will also collaborate with internal departments and external auditors to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial processes.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and auditing standards
• Proficiency in financial software, tools, and Microsoft Excel
• Solid analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to perform accurate reconciliations
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial documentation processes
• Effective communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Must possess a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is an added advantage
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Real estate accounting industry.
