Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly qualified Senior Accountant with strong expertise in UAE taxation, regulatory compliance, and international tax matters. The ideal candidate must have extensive hands-on experience in the UAE, a solid understanding of cross-border transactions, and the ability to manage multi-jurisdictional tax and accounting requirements. Fluency in Mandarin is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-spectrum accounting functions in compliance with UAE laws and regulations

Ensure compliance with UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, ESR, AML, and other regulatory requirements

Handle preparation and review of financial statements, management reports, and statutory filings

Advise on international and cross-border taxation, including transfer pricing and intercompany transactions

Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, banks, and regulatory authorities

Monitor changes in UAE and international tax regulations and assess impact on the business

Support corporate structuring and tax planning initiatives across multiple jurisdictions

Ensure timely filing of all tax returns, disclosures, and compliance reports

Maintain accurate accounting records and internal controls

Key Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience in the UAE

Strong and practical knowledge of UAE tax laws and compliance frameworks

Proven experience with cross-border transactions and international taxation

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, ACCA, CA preferred)

Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory

Proficiency in English (spoken and written)

Strong understanding of IFRS

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with multinational companies or group structures

Familiarity with offshore, free zone, and mainland company structures

Prior experience liaising with UAE tax authorities and international advisors
