Do Something That Moves you

• Providing support to Shared Service team for AP, Bank, and General Ledger activities.
• Ensure correct and accurate documentation of accounts operations through maintaining account records of all transactions.
• Maintain tax balances on general ledger.
• Ensure that BME F&A guidelines and local authorities regulations are implemented and followed.
• Monitor General Ledger reconciliation by monitoring the open items vs un-booked items with the respective departments (ex HR Dept) and preform the Monthly closing steps in timely manner.
• Ensure issuing the company invoices in the E-invoice portal for both Bayer relate parties, local customers/distributors, and individuals in timely manner to avoid tax exposures.

Your Experience

• Undergraduate or fresh graduate with Business Administration or Accounting is required
• Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS).
• Coursework in financial accounting, managerial accounting, and auditing.
• Familiarity with financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
• Experience with accounting software such SAP is a plus.
• Knowledge of data entry and reconciliation processes.
