Job Description:
Accounts and Admin Manager position is key to maintaining accurate accounting and financial records, internal control, receivable / payables management and supporting the overall operation.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the books, records, and accounts are maintained accurately and fairly reflect the company's transactions.
- Should be proficient and have a strong grip on the Leasing and Real estate Sales operation of the company
- Implementing proper internal control in liaising with FD for timely collection of sales and rental income.
- To manage the payable of the company and ensuring payments are processed in time with proper process.
- Monthly chiller collection and to generate proper reports highlighting the deviation, if any.
- Ensuring that the payment of commission to outside broker and internal sales team has been paid correctly as per company policy
- Well-versed with AML compliance, escrow account operation and bank reconciliation and VAT requirements and coordinate with FD for timely information / report in this regard.
- Should have proper coordination with the Leasing team to renew or make the new leasing contract in time including inter-company as per rent approved by the management.
- To review time to time the occupancy report and minimize the vacancy by taking corrective action and highlighting the long-vacant units and delay in renewal of tenancy contract.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting
- Minimum 7 years of experience in accounting and financial management, with prior experience in the Real estate industry being advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, AML and financial regulations
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel and able to work under pressure.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
