Job Scope :The Accounts Manager is accountable for researching and identifying new opportunities to grow, develop business and propose new potential deals while leading on projects from introduction to implementation. S/He studies financial impacts, reviews the organization positioning, analyzes market trends and forges strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Technical and Operations
Prepare financial simulations to assess the feasibility and profitability of potential client ;
Draft agreements with potential partners ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines;
Provide after-sales support on a regular basis;
Talent Development
- Lead and coach the team cultivating empowerment and ownership;
- Develop capabilities and secure a solid succession plan;
conduct regular performance reviews, identify training needs and oversee development plans.
