Accounts Payable Accountant

What You'll Do

• Oversee GL accounts and ensure proper account usage in collaboration with the Financial Controller
• Manage balance sheet reconciliations
• Ensure accurate fixed asset registration and maintain records in the LN database
• Calculate and reconcile VAT and monitor timely tax filings
• Support and contribute to month-end closing activities
• Review standard memo postings with the Financial Controller
• Prepare cash reconciliations
• Assist with CBS reporting
• Act as a back-up for team members when needed
• Support, coach, and act as the first point of contact for the team
• Manage team scheduling (leave, vacations, etc.)
• Handle daily ad-hoc financial tasks

What We're Looking For

• Strong knowledge of GL, fixed assets, VAT, and financial reporting
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a structured manner
• Strong communication and team support skills
• Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership
