Accounts Receivables Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day tasks of sales bookkeeping, reconciliation, and reporting
• Periodically sales reports analysis
• Meticulous follow-up of daily bank transactions.
• Monthly bank reconciliations and solving all pending issues with banks.
• Deep knowledge of retail bank operations requirements
• Daily sales cash report follow-up and reconciliation
• Monthly closing involvement for all AR matters
• External and Internal audits experience to provide needed auditors requirements.
• VAT report on sales and monthly Tax reports
• Ability to accurately process daily transactions.
• Excellent time management skills
• Capable to solve potential sales discrepancies issue.
• Full support to stores for any finance topics

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 3 years of experience as accountant preferably in Multinational environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Previous experience in Retail company is a must

Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality.

Ability to work with tight deadlines, multiple projects and activities.

Deep understanding of Saudi Arabia taxes and SOCPA Rules for financial statements.

Teamwork skills, Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach.

Excellent knowledge of the Professional Arabic/ English languages both verbally and in writing.
