Position: Accreditation Manager

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Accreditation Manager to lead accreditation operations for a prestigious international equestrian sporting event
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete accreditation lifecycle for all event stakeholders, including athletes, officials, teams, media, staff, sponsors, and suppliers.
- Design and implement accreditation procedures, access levels, and credential policies aligned with security and operational requirements.
- Oversee accreditation systems, databases, and on-site credential production.
- Coordinate closely with security, operations, protocol, and venue teams to ensure seamless access control.
- Supervise accreditation staff and temporary personnel, including scheduling and on-site management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all accreditation-related matters before and during the event.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with established accreditation standards.
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience managing accreditation for international sporting events, equestrian competitions, or large-scale live events.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, live-event environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in accreditation platforms and data management systems.
