ACCREDITATION OFFICER

Job Objective-

Responsible in getting the accreditation from relevant authorities specially EIAC (Emirates International Accreditation Centre). Fulfil the requirements of accreditation process. Act as Decision Maker on all the certification activities once accreditation is granted from relevant bodies. To represent the DDW as Quality Management Representative during audits.

Policies, processes & procedures:

Implements approved departmental policies, processes, procedures and provide instructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner.

Maintain compliance with all company policies, procedures, and codes of conduct, including strict adherence to the Zero Tolerance to Alcohol policy at all times.

Day-to-day operations:

Coordinate closely with EIAC (Emirates International Accreditation Centre) personnel to fully understand the accreditation process and collaborate with relevant departments in DDW and DPW to fulfill the requirements.

Represent the organization as Quality Management Representative for Quality audit and as Decision Maker during Technical audit in order to achieve to accreditation requirements.

Work closely with Assessor to develop Quality manual, procedures and schemes.

Prepare, review and sign Quality Manual and Procedures, schemes and other relevant document as per EIAC Requirements in getting Persons Certification Accreditation

Implement procedures as per DDWD Quality manual and procedures and in accordance with ISO 17024:2012

Participate and contribute to the document review by EIAC prior to Audit

Provide necessary training/guidance on procedures to future Assessor/decision makers or anybody who will be recruited to be a member of Persons Certification team.

Participate and contribute to the document review audits.

Involve in routine tasks related to maintaining the accreditation Assessment based on the assessor availability, closing out the findings after audit and issuance of certificate.
