Role Overview

Eazli is building the next-generation AI-native platform for the home ecosystem, connecting homeowners with trusted vendors, designers, and service providers.

The Vendor Acquisition team will play a key role in expanding Eazli's vendor network by identifying, engaging, onboarding, and developing strong partnerships with vendors across furniture, home dcor, services, and home improvement categories.

This role requires a commercially driven professional who can build relationships, negotiate partnerships, and ensure high-quality vendors join the platform to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and onboard vendors across assigned categories and regions.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential vendors aligned with Eazli's marketplace strategy.
  • Lead commercial discussions including pricing structures, commissions, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Monitor vendor activation, catalog readiness, and operational compliance with platform standards.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Experience, and Sucess team to support vendor launches and campaigns.
  • Track vendor acquisition performance and report progress against regional and category targets.
  • Support the development of long-term vendor partnerships to strengthen Eazli's ecosystem.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 710 years of experience in vendor management, vendor acquisition, category management, or trade operations and and Business Development.
  • Experience working in digital commerce, marketplaces, retail, distribution, or FMCG ecosystems.
  • 23 years of experience managing field teams or account managers is preferred.
  • Strong commercial negotiation and partnership management skills.
  • Proven ability to build vendor pipelines and close partnership agreements.
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track performance metrics and identify gaps.
  • Experience in home products sectors.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is required
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in retail, e-commerce, or home services sectors is an advantage
