Job title: Commercial Account Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, Qualify high-potential Channel Partners/ End-users in strategic verticals, to ensure a focused approach towards the most promising opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing Partners/End Users, Authorities, Government entities, Private Sector, Telecom etc. to expand sales and establish new opportunities
- Promote, Offer, Present & Sell ASUS Commercial Portfolio of All In One, Desktop, Notebooks for Business to Various Channels &Segments, Be ASUS Expert Book, Expert Center Ambassador to Saudi Arabia's Market!
- Build and maintain a solid customer database, analyze data and develop metrics evaluating accounts penetration, loyalty and new opportunities.
- Understand Customer buying criteria and position ASUS products to achieve client loyalty and revenue growth.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support Providing Live Demonstration Session, POC's and Present ASUS Commercial Portfolio to the Customers.
- Create sustainable pipeline and deliver accurate sales forecasts in line with business objectives.
- Execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, Profits and sales goals, KPI's.
- Consistently hit or exceed annual sales targets, driving revenue growth and ensuring business success.
- Enhance the Quality of the sales pipeline, accelerate revenue generation, and improve the customer buying experience.
- Increase depth with breadth in ASUS commercial Category
- Drive Contract's Negotiation, pricing, and terms to maximize sales and profitability.
- Forecast sales, track progress, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Build strong business relations with existing and potential customers
- Weekly Business Review for Sell through and sell out results
- Work closely with ASUS Internal cross-functional Teams to Hit Sellout results in the country.
- Gather competitor information and industry trends and communicate with management as needed.
- Bid on new projects and negotiate contract terms and Possible Customer Longterm Agreements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
- Good Command of English spoken & written
- Reasonable foundational knowledge in information technology, including hardware, software, and IT services overall.
- Understanding of local IT market with 4-5 years sales related working experience in the IT business either from a vendor, distributor or commercial reseller or System Integrator.
- Ability to work in a team environment, self-motivated and willing to take initiatives of new assignments
- Creative, flexible, and innovative team player
- Knowledge of MS Office particularly Excel, Power point
- Technical & Sales proficiency in Computer Hardware/End-user IT environments.
- Demonstrated Quota achievement.
- Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce Platform is a Plus.
