Abu Dhabi University (ADU) has been dedicated to offering internationally benchmarked undergraduate and postgraduate programs and has become one of the region's leading centers of academic excellence. The College of Arts, Education and Social Sciences (CAESS) provides general education courses for all undergraduate students, with few select undergraduate programs and post graduate studies in the education field: BA in Mass Communication (Arabic and English), Post Graduate Professional Diploma in Teaching (English), MSc in Special Education, and MEd in Educational Leadership. CAESS also provides courses in areas of that are college requirement courses for UG students joining Engineering and Health Sciences programs.
Adjunct Instructor in Education (Part-time)

We are looking to recruit qualified and experienced academics in the field of Education for the Master of Education in Educational Leadership program.
Job Responsibilities
- Teaching (in their specialization) the courses offered by the Master of Education in Educational Leadership program, in one or more campuses (Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Dubai).
- Conduct regular course updates and assist in the development of new programs and courses.
- Provide student consultation and mentoring.
Program Requirements
- a completed Ph.D. in Education (from an accredited higher education institution), specializing in one or more of: educational leadership, educational technologies curriculum design, data analytics, research methodologies in education (both qualitative and quantitative, preferably knowledge of SPSS, Nvivo and AI apps used in research), quality assurance in education, school management, inclusive education, or closely related field.
- Knowledge of Blackboard Ultra, educational technology apps (knowledge of SPSS, Nvivo, data analytics applications, and/or use of AI apps in education an advantage)
- 3 years (after PhD graduation) of academic experience at an accredited higher education institution in the relevant field
- Excellent command of English language (if not native speaker).
