Admin Assistan / Office Coordinator / Admin Officer

Role Description The Director role at Animoox Studio is a full-time, on-site position based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Director will oversee studio operations, including project planning, resource allocation, and workflow optimization to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. This role involves leading and mentoring creative and production teams, setting clear objectives, and facilitating regular feedback and reviews. The Director will collaborate with international clients, manage key relationships, and participate in strategic decisions on service offerings and market positioning. Day-to-day responsibilities also include budget oversight, performance tracking, risk management, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive work culture aligned with the studio's creative vision.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in animation, illustration, creative production, or a related field, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong project and studio management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management for multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience working with international clients, ideally in SaaS, EdTech, branding, or similar industries, with excellent stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.
• Solid understanding of animation and illustration workflows, tools, and processes, with the ability to review creative work and provide constructive feedback.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and facilitate effective meetings.
• Strategic thinking and business acumen, including experience in setting goals, tracking performance metrics, and contributing to growth initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to create an inclusive, supportive work environment, manage conflicts, and guide teams through change.
• Bachelor's degree in Animation, Design, Media, Business, or a related discipline; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Comfort working on-site in Dhaka, Bangladesh, with flexibility to collaborate across different time zones when required.
